Project overview

In 2024, we launched a comprehensive redesign of an e-commerce platform specializing in school photography products. As the product designer, I collaborated closely with three developers and various stakeholders to enhance the user experience and meet our project goals.

Results & Impact

Our work yielded impressive results and we continue improving them everyday:

  • 10.51% increase in purchase conversion rate
  • 6.30% increase in Average Order Value (AOV).

My role & responsibilities

As the sole designer on the project, I was responsible for leading the design vision, setting clear objectives, and ensuring alignment across the team. My role included:

  • Creating a consistent design system to ensure visual coherence and usability.
  • Conducting user research to identify and resolve usability barriers, streamlining the user journey.
  • Designing user flows and interfaces to improve the overall experience.
  • Collaborating with company directors to define project goals and establish a clear roadmap.
  • Working directly with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
